I am a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in Agricultural and Applied Economics. My research focuses on conservation and land use, with additional work in urban transportation and safety. My job market paper quantifies how conservation easements affect housing prices and development. I am on the job market for 2025-26.
